SPIRITUAL REJUVENATION

Armen stares out the window above his kitchen sink, re-hydrating with water from all that perspired out during the carry. "I feel like I’m again connected to why this started and what this was about. This is definitely a community thing. I’m carrying people physically, but there’s a mutual carrying really." He says, "People can recharge me and invigorate me to continue to have the strength to keep carrying." After Janie gives her oral and written account of being carried and divulging what it means to her, Armen states he is "spiritually rejuvenated," and turns to Janie saying, "Hearing these things that you’re expressing and just reading what people write, it does give me the strength and energy I need to keep going."
